What to expect at your first class

Trying something new can be nerve-wracking. Here's exactly what happens when you walk through our door.

You'll be greeted by name

Our coach will meet you, introduce themselves, and make sure you know where everything is. No wandering around feeling lost.

Everything gets modified for you

Every exercise has an easier and harder version. Your coach will show you which suits your level and help you progress at your own pace.

Our classes are hard work but huge fun. The music's great, the energy's incredible, and you'll wonder what took you so long.
